About the Position We are hiring CNA who is professional, energetic, and nurturing. You will provide hands-on support as a one to one their home as they work on daily activities and long-term goals.
Must have prior experience in changing a stoma bag. Location & Schedule Location : Des Plaines, IL Schedule : Monday-Friday 4 : 30pm-8 : 30pm Driving Requirement You must have a valid drivers license & be willing to drive company vehicles to be eligible for this position Pay Base rate : $20.
25 / hour Requirements You must meet the following requirements : Pass : A fingerprint criminal background check A child abuse and neglect check A drug screen.
Provide : Proof of s uccessful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent An original document (no photocopies) showing high school completion or high school equivalency.
