Endeavor Health is in search of registered nurses to join the Medical-Surgical team in Evanston, IL!
Location : 2650 Ridge Ave. Evanston, IL 60201
Shift : 7a-7 : 30p (experienced RN's only), 7p-7 : 30a or 3p-11 : 30p
Pay : Starting at $34.75 / hour and increases with experience
$20,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced RNs!
Responsibilities :
Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department - Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care - Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice - Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care - Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care - Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
