Senior Development Lead We are seeking an experiencedand motivated Backend Lead with expertise in Java NodeJS APIdevelopment SQL and Elastic Search.
Theideal candidate will have a strong background in backenddevelopment a passion for building robust and scalable systems andthe ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
KeyResponsibilities :
Lead and mentor a team of backend developers providingtechnical guidance and fostering a collaborative workenvironment.
Designand implement scalable highperformance backend architectures usingJava and NodeJS.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs ensuring seamlessintegration with frontend applications and thirdpartyservices.
Designoptimize and maintain SQL databases ensuring data integrity andperformance.
Establish and enforce coding standards best practicesand code reviews to maintain high code quality.
Identify performance bottlenecksand implement optimizations to enhance application speed andefficiency.
Utilizeprogramming languages like Java NodeJS and NoSQL databasesContainer Orchestration services including Docker andKubernetes.
Collaborate with frontend developers product managersand other stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
7 years ofexperience in backend development with a focus on Java andNodeJS.
Provenexperience in leading and mentoring development teams.
Strong portfolio showcasingexpertise in building complex backend systems.
Expert knowledge of JavaSpringBoot and NodeJS.
Proficient in SQL and database management.
Experience with Elastic Searchimplementation and management.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design anddevelopment.
Familiarity with microservices architecture andcontainerization (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
Knowledge of version controlsystems (e.g. Git).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) isbeneficial.
Strongleadership and team management skills.
Excellent problemsolving abilities andattention to detail.
