We are looking for Hotel Housekeepers who can start as soon as possible! This position is in Pine Knoll Shores.
Job Duties :
Cleaning : Clean guest areas, including rooms, halls, and bathrooms. This will include making beds, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and replacing toiletries.
Rooms should be cleaned after each guest checks out so they are ready for the next guest.
- Laundry : Wash, disinfect, and iron items like bed sheets, pillows, pillowcases, duvets, and duvet covers.
- Room inspections : Inspect rooms after checkout and refresh supplies.
- Customer service : Provide friendly and professional service to guests, and respond to special requests.
- Safety and sanitation : Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Maintenance : Report any maintenance items that need to be addressed.
- Inventory : Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning methods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organizational and time management skills
- An appropriate level of physical stamina
- Customer service focus and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions
