We are looking for a customer relations specialist committed to serving our patients with compassion and integrity.
As a customer relations specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating referrals and maintaining communication between clinical supervisors and the agency.
Most importantly, youll be a key player in ensuring patients have a smooth referral process and get timely access to the care they need.

Qualifications :
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
- Education : Associate degree preferred
- Experience : Minimum of 1-year experience in a health care setting. Customer Service and office management experience preferred
- Required : Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
