The Cybersecurity,Intelligence and Services (CIS) business provides technicallyadvanced full-spectrum cyber, data operations, systems integrationand intelligence mission support services to meet our customers'most demanding challenges.

Our capabilities include cyber spaceoperations, cyber defense and resiliency, vulnerability research,ubiquitous technical surveillance, data intelligence, lifecyclemission enablement, and software modernization.

Our team covers the full lifecycle from emulation, reverse engineering, vulnerability research,and CNO / CNE tool development.

Our mission covers a wide range oftargets, anything from major consumer electronics to proprietaryone-off systems. If it runs code, we have probably looked at it (orwill soon.).

In addition, the position willprovide deliverables for real-world use in relatively shortturn-around times. We seek a qualified engineer that can perform asa team member on activities involved with research, reverseengineering, development, testing, maintenance, and modification ofcomplex classified and unclassified software applications.

Projects will be undertaken in small teams withclose coordination with customers to quickly enhance capabilitiesor resolve issues in existing tools for real-world applications.

Working as part of a team you will also need to be familiar withsource management tools such as GIT and team coordination toolslike the Atlassian suite of work products.

All candidates must beUS citizens and be able to obtain and maintain a governmentsecurity clearance.

RequiredSkills

  • Vulnerabilityresearch experience with one or more chipset / OS type
  • Experience with debugging tools (WinDbg, gdb,lldb, OllyDbg)
  • 3+ years of strong experiencewith C
  • Experience developing CNO / CNE tools
  • Experience with source management tools
  • Experience with assembly language (x86 / 64,ARM, PPC, Mips, etc.)

Desired Skills

  • C++ / Python
  • Embedded / RTOS systems
  • Understanding of network protocols (TCP / IPstacks, wire-level protocols, RF communications, BGP, routingprotocols, or others)
  • Knowledge of typicalembedded systems including UART, boot-up sequences and updatingdevices
  • Embedded system development and / orhardware debugging using JTAG / gdb
  • Hardware / full system emulation
  • Hardware / firmware / communications reverseengineering
  • Linux or other OS reversing

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Clearance Required

Active or Ability to obtain a Top SecretClearance

The salary rangefor this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary rangeprovided is a good faith estimate representative of all experiencelevels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer,including but not limited to, the role, function and associatedresponsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location,education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annualprograms are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety offactors including, but not limited to, individual performance,business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

Thisrole is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in aU.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits willapply.
