This will be a full-time position responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of our apartments. A successful applicant will provide excellent customer to our residents.
Requirements :
5-10 years in construction, facilities or apartment management.
2 years of trade school specializing in HVAC, plumbing, electric or appliance repair OR 5 years experience in a building maintenance position.
Valid Driver's License
