Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : Not specified, but Rehab Optima experience preferred License : State license required Certifications : Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant Must-Have : - State License Verification - Resume - References (3) - County Criminal background check (7 years for all counties lived and worked) - Federal Criminal background check (7 years or more) - Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more) - Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) - HHS / OIG Search - GSA Search - Social Security Number Trace - 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray - SAM Search - Iowa SING Background Job Description : - Full-time role with an expectation of 40 hours per week - The position does not require bilingual skills - Holiday coverage is not required - Candidates should have experience with Rehab Optima (preferred) - Required to meet various background checks and health screenings
