Culver's, a renowned brand in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction at our store.

Main Responsibilities of a Store Manager
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Hiring, training, and mentoring restaurant staff.
- Responsible for leading and managing the team
- Responsible for the operational and financial success of restaurant
- Interviewing & completing onboarding paperwork for new hires
- Completing a truck order and develop assist manager to do truck orders while overseeing it
- Completing a crew schedule
- Completing Monday morning inventory and analyze Actual vs Theroretical
- Identifying our opportunities as a store after analyzing the P&L statement
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
Store Manager Qualifications
- Handle high volume sales (5+ million annually in sales)
- ServSafe certificate
- 7+ years in the restaurant industry and has been in a GM role for 5 of those years
- Teamworking skills
- Verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm
- Executive skills
- Showing initiative
- Setting a good example
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
