Position Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing omni-channel marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and strengthen our brand presence. This individual should be well-versed in social media management, digital advertising, and marketing tools, with the ability to seamlessly move between creative design and data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns across channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and more.

Manage social media strategy and daily content calendar to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Utilize tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEMRush to monitor performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.

Design or assist in the creation of marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Support B2C lead generation initiatives, ensuring campaigns align with business goals and customer needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and deliver an exceptional customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure SunnyMac remains innovative and competitive.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

5-10 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with proven success in B2C campaigns.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other digital tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
