Social Media Marketing Assistant
Chellie Carlson Style is a dynamic and innovative fashion brand based in Los Angeles, CA. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented marketing professional with at least 2-3 years’ experience to handle communications, media / social media, and business development initiatives, with a desire to grow within the company.
The ideal candidate is creative, passionate, self-motivated, and able to contribute to our exciting projects.

Responsibilities :
- Content strategy and social calendar planning
- Film and edit content for Instagram and TikTok
- Infuse authenticity into every piece of content to connect with our diverse audience
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve our online presence
- Research and identify new opportunities to increase traffic and conversion across all channels
- Manage our social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Assist in various sales and marketing initiatives to support the brand
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continually refine and optimize content strategy
- Utilize CRM and database systems for tracking customer interactions and marketing campaigns
- Support the brand's online marketing, social media, branding, and all events communications
- Assist Chellie Carlson with appointments in the Style Studio
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Instagram / TikTok Content Creator with a strong artistic flair
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once
- Passion for fashion and a strong sense of style
- Proficient in Canva, video editing, and Adobe Suite is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Creativity and an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
