Key Responsibilities

Develop AI capabilities for unstructured healthcare data, focusing on retrieval, ranking, categorization, and generative features

Take ownership of AI projects from requirements to production, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Build and maintain reliable AI systems, ensuring effective monitoring and operational practices

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in building and operating production AI systems at scale

Experience with the full lifecycle of AI development from ideation to production and maintenance

Deep product and business knowledge to connect modeling tasks with business value

Experience with tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and deployment platforms such as Databricks and AWS Bedrock

A relevant advanced degree (master's or PhD) in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field is advantageous
