Key Responsibilities
Leading and developing a team of recruiters across the U.S
Owning full-cycle recruitment for roles across engineering, project management, and other specialist functions
Partnering with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruiting strategies
Required Qualifications
7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within engineering or technical disciplines
Proven experience leading a remote recruiting team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Oracle or similar ATS platforms
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
