About The Position
- Job Title : Radiologic Technologist Job Specialty : Radiology Job Duration : Full-Time Shift : Monday-Tuesday 10 : 30 AM - 11 : 00 PM;
- Thursday-Friday 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM. Includes weekend, holiday, and on-call requirements. Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Open License : Valid X-Ray Machine Operator's License required within 90 days post-graduation Certifications : Current Registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required within 90 days post-graduation;
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Must-Have : Associate’s degree, or equivalent degree, or completion of a hospital-based radiology program approved by ARRT Job Description : - Work in a broad Imaging Services Department that performs an average of 80,000 exams per year, offering services including CT Scan, MRI, PET Scan, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and all digital X-Ray.
- Support for Inpatient, Outpatient, and Emergency Departments. - Maintain a valid Student Rad Tech license while working if applicable.
- Adhere to required continuing education credits as per accrediting bodies for the maintenance of registration. - Participate in a two-holiday shift per year.
