What You'll Do :
- Support the administrators and users of our employee engagement platform, Cox Impact, the hub for volunteering, sustainability, wellness, and inclusion & diversity.
- Project management enhancements to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) systems including meeting with project teams, tracking timelines, communicating with vendors, and ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Build relationships and interact with cross-functional teams, internal customers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Support external communications that align with our strategic ESG initiatives.
- Assist with daily tasks such as ad hoc reporting requests, drafting communications, and process improvement.
- Gain familiarity with Project / Program Management, Change Enablement and Process Enablement concepts, practices, and methodologies.
- Partner with broader corporate communications team to support a variety of projects, as needed.
Who You Are
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong attention to detail and research skills.
- Competency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel).

Requirements :
- Currently enrolled in a related degree program such as Project Management, Sustainability, Management and Information Systems, Business Administration and / or related field.
- Internship positions are located in Atlanta, Ga.; Cox Enterprises does not provide a housing allowance.
- Efficient executor and team player.
- Able to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables.
Intern / Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.

USD 21.06 - 31.63 per hour
Compensation :
Hourly base pay rate is $21.06 - $31.63 / hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and / or an incentive program.
