Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a local client in SW Houston.
The Project Manager for this client will manage a team of about 10-15+ employees. A successful candidate in this role will have extensive project managements skills, strong people management skills, a self-starting attitude, exemplary oral and written communication skills, an aptitude for finding solutions, and a high degree of integrity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage multiple projects from opening to closing
- Management a team of employees
- Manage resources and allocate resources as needed
- Respond to a high volume of complex status inquiries
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Required :
- 3-5 years of experience in project management and management experience
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe) skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and operate in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Proven customer support experience
- Experience working with high level executives
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
