Admissions Data Analyst
The Admissions Data Analyst role offers a unique opportunity for growth and learning. As a vital and integral member of the Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine Office of Admissions, you will work closely with the team, building communications, reporting data, and managing the office's AMP CRM system.
Responsibilities
- AMP / CRM system utilization : focused on improving the user interface and system integrations tied to recruitment, committee process, and other database resources.
- Reporting and analysis of committee process, candidate dynamics, committee member behaviors, and voting patterns. This reporting will extend into other areas of the Medical School to include Student and Educational affairs data.
- Building and maintaining communication channels within the AMP CRM system, including feedback mechanisms, to improve the quality of the admissions process.
- Active ex-officio member of the Executive Committee on Admissions and a participant in the interview and review of candidates to the medical school.

Preferred Qualifications : A Master’s degree or doctorate in a related field; 1-3 years of experience in advanced quantitative data analysis required or a combination of Education and work experience.
Minimum Qualifications : A Bachelor’s degree or any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
At least one to two years of increasingly responsible related experience in a customer service work environment, working with complex technology and data systems and creating reports.
