About The Position
Job Title : Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) Job Specialty : Medical Job Duration : 27 weeks Shift : Thursday to Monday, 5 : 30 AM - 2 : 00 PM Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum years of experience not specified License : Relevant state licensure required Certifications : Relevant certifications required Must-Have : Availability for the specified shift and orientation Job Description : Provide physical therapy services to patients in a medical setting.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs and goals.- Evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Document patient treatment and progress accurately and thoroughly.
- Educate patients and their families on continued treatment and care at home.- Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in a 2-week orientation program to familiarize with the facility and procedures. This role requires a dedicated and compassionate professional, focused on improving the physical well-being of patients through tailored therapeutic interventions.
