Responsibilities :

• Extensive knowledge of practices and tools for the effective planning, control, and management of information systems technology for a business organization.
• Extensive experience managing multiple IT projects.
• Experience demonstrating the ability to develop and manage a budget and budgetary needs as well as track budget expenditures.

Technology Proficiency and Integration :

• Proficient in utilizing integrated systems technology to boost work efficiency bystaying abreast of IT advancements.
• Skilled in using fundamental software applications to support day-to-day operations.
• Experienced in integrating technology into the workplace to address changes inbusiness operations effectively.
• Profound experience in operating and monitoring computers and AV equipment toensure smooth functioning.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of IT security.
• Experience demonstrating considerable knowledge of database management.
• Working knowledge of various Windows operating systems and associatedproducts, including but not limited to Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11, Server2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.

Technical Support and Collaboration :

• Experience providing Technical IT and business support services to diverseinternal and external stakeholders.
• Considerable experience demonstrating the ability to collaborate with, lead, coach,and provide personnel guidance / management to other IT professionals.
• Considerable experience demonstrating knowledge skills and abilities to leverage and develop technology to provide program training as needed to diverse staff andcustomers.
• Considerable experience communicating verbally with demonstrated ability topresent training / technical information to staff / stakeholders as needed, andexperience communicating inwriting with demonstrated ability to draft technicalguidance documents, reports, and similar forms of correspondence.
• Experience demonstrating the ability to work independently to organize, plan anddirect work activities in a deadline-driven environment as well as work effectivelywith a team.

Required Skills :
