Currently, we are seeking two talented Associate Attorney with 2-10 years of experience in either construction defect litigation or professional liability defense to join our collaborative team.

Responsibilities :
- Handle a variety of legal matters related to either construction defect litigation or professional liability defense.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials, advocating for their best interests.
- Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and achieve successful outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on either construction defect litigation or professional liability defense.
- Admission to the bar in Florida.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to providing excellent client service and upholding the firm's reputation for professionalism and integrity.
