Quality Inspector - Aerospace
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7am - 3 : 30pm
Pay Rate : $25 - $30 / hr
Responsibilities :
- Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
- Confirms incoming materials meet material, and all required specifications.
- Programs Micro-Vu visual measurement system. Evaluates and verifies Keyence data using manual measurement methods.
- Interface with procurement and engineering to ensure non-conformances are addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintains quality records in accordance with required AS9100 Requirements, FAA requirements, and internal process / procedures.
Qualifications :
- Must be able to work from electrical drawings, MIL-STD specifications, and engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be proficient at Geometric, Dimensioning and Tolerance.
- Must be capable of utilizing standard inspection instruments, tools, and gauges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Minimum three to five years of inspection / quality experience, preferably in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
- J-STD certification a plus.
