Position Summary :
Under minimal supervision, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Heart Electrification Rebate Program.
- Administrative duties of daily processes.
- Creating work orders
- Scheduling.
- Submitting rebates
- Verification of rebate approval
- Following up on rebate process
- Emailing team regarding rebates
- Working with multiple departments and systems
- Working with vendors for appointments and equipment
- Equipment orders status
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background check and Drug Test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana.
- Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license.
EXPERIENCE
2 years of administrative work (preferred)
MATERIAL / EQUIPMENT USED
- Computer / cell phone / tablet.
- Company provided cell phone
