The Role :

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our homebuilding products and brand within this highly desirable and competitive market. This role requires a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape, affluent consumer behavior, and effective marketing techniques to drive sales and enhance brand presence. The individual is proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for real estate marketing and a strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
