Full-time Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

Overview :
Pivot Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager / Physical Therapist for its outpatient clinic in Sterling, VA .
A minimum of 6 months of experience is required for the Clinic Manager role. This position operates Monday through Friday , with no weekends or holidays .
Candidates with 32 hours of availability will be considered. Staff-level PT positions are also available for new graduates with no prior experience.
Caseload & Productivity :
- Work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting
- Treat patients of all ages to reduce pain and improve or restore mobility
- Provide a mix of managerial responsibilities and direct patient care
- Treat a variety of cases, including pre-op, post-op, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents , and workers’ compensation

Job Requirements :
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent)
- Eligible for Virginia state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Team player focused on building relationships with patients, staff, and the community
- 6 months of experience required for the Clinic Manager role
- No experience required for Staff-Level PT positions
- Full-time availability required for the Clinic Manager role; candidates with 32 hours will be considered
- Full-time preferred for Staff-Level positions; candidates with 20 hours and the ability to work until 7 PM two evenings per week will also be considered
