Responsibilities :
Assist in composing client emails
Conduct research on destinations, culinary experiences, and activities
Liaise with suppliers to organize curated travel arrangements
Maintain updated client travel documents and invoices
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation's, and ground transportation
Collaborate as a team member to fulfill various travel service functions, ensuring comprehensive support for staff travel needs
Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications :
Prior travel experience and industry knowledge are indispensable
