Hub Plastics specializes in blow molding both stock & custom bottles and jars in HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET, and Post-consumer resins.
Hub Plastics serves many industries including food, pharmaceutical, agricultural and industrial chemical, beverage, automotive, and personal care with high value, superior quality bottles, and jars.
Job Summary
- Oversee production process for assigned shift.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities.
- Monitor production lines, coordinate with technicians & maintenance as needed.
- Organize and schedule resources where needed following a priority list.
- Monitor quality and accuracy of products produced.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, standards, and safety regulations, both personally and by overseeing adherence among team members
- Provides timely coaching, corrective feedback
- Conducts annual performance reviews for team members in a timely manner
- Facilitates team development, employee skill enhancement, and problem-solving initiatives
Qualifications and Skills
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Must be an excellent communicator in speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
- Must be able to interact professionally with all departments within the company
- Excellent organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
