Schedule : Full Time Shift : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Location : Orlando, FL The role you’ll contribute : The Executive Director of Regional Ambulatory Imaging Centers has overall operational and strategic leadership for the Ambulatory Imaging across IHS.

Leads team performing exams across outpatient setting. Oversight for all diagnostic and procedural Imaging services offered at AdventHealth Imaging (AHI) across multiple regions (CT, MRI, General X-ray, Ultrasound, Womens Medicine, Support teams).

Strong collaboration with administration, service line leaders, physician partners, and Imaging directors to implement standardized initiatives across the network.

Leads the planning, development, and allocation for capital acquisitions across AHI Service Line; working closely with vendor partners to implement new technologies across the network.

Supports a culture of continuous improvement that promotes and defines program excellence in the five areas of : Clinical, Service, Team, Market and Finance.

Collaborates with customers, partners, and team members to assure service levels are maintained. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Ensures that all departments operate within allocated budget. + Manages physician partnerships and position relationships within AHI, interdepartmentally, with customers, and the medical staff.

• Leads the planning, development, and allocation for capital acquisitions across all regions of (CFD-S, CFD-N, WFD) AHI, working closely with vendor partners to implement new technologies across the network.
• Collaborates with administration, service line leaders, physician partners, Imaging, and Institute directors to develop and implement standardized initiatives, processes, and create goals across the network.
• Identifies employment requirements, functions, tasks and job specifications for positions within reporting structure rollup.

Assesses job candidates’ skills and experience and selects top talent in accordance with needs. Identifies future skill sets needed to maintain organizational competitiveness.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed : Minimum qualifications : + Master’s Degree in Radiology, Health Care Administration or related field + Ten (10) years’ experience in healthcare leadership + Ten (10) years of clinical experience within Imaging + State of Florida licensure in Imaging Modality + ARRT Credentials or ARDMS This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.

The salary range reflects the anticipated base pay range for this position. Individual compensation is determined based on skills, experience and other relevant factors within this pay range.
