Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about our products / services and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service in a timely manner.
• Document and track customer interactions and solutions.

What We're Looking For :

• Spanish bilingual and non-bilingual
• No prior experience required we will train you!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Location : Franklin / Berry Farms area-close to Spring Hill & Franklin as well as only minutes from Brentwood.

Pay rate : $15 and $16 Spanish Bilingual
