Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about our products / services and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service in a timely manner.
- Document and track customer interactions and solutions.
What We're Looking For :
- Spanish bilingual and non-bilingual
- No prior experience required we will train you!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Location : Franklin / Berry Farms area-close to Spring Hill & Franklin as well as only minutes from Brentwood.
Pay rate : $15 and $16 Spanish Bilingual
