Required Qualifications :
- Entry level to mid level experience with PC hardware, replacing hard drive, and RAM
- Experience working out of a ticketing queue
- Experience with troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11
- Experience with Active Directory
A software client of Insight Global is looking for a Junior Desktop Support Specialist to join their team in Allen, TX. This ideal candidate will have a passion and willingness to learn IT and will be working on corporate desktop support, primarily hardware.
This candidate will be working out of a ticketing queue and will also be interacting with stakeholders and C-Suite Executives helping troubleshoot internal systems.
