Overview :
You will support the planning, execution, and optimization of account-based programs across several main segments within Avalara.
You will manage impactful ABM programs, with guidance from experienced leaders and Avalara subject matter experts to ensure our targeting is optimized, our important channels are leveraged and every effort drives measurable results.
You will be an individual contributor in this position with no direct reports.
C2C is not available for this role. You will remain 100% remote within the US. #LI-remote
- Work with fellow team members to support the execution of our ABM strategy, from data collection & analysis on target accounts to measuring marketing tactics for effectiveness and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across demand generation, revenue operations, marketing operations, sales, content, design, and analytics to create effective ABM programs while ensuring they are well-aligned with broader marketing and go-to-market initiatives.
- Work with sales leadership to ensure reps are supported as they outbound to target accounts, accounts are handed off smoothly and worked to our shared expectations, and programs are communicated and enabled clearly to key sales teams.
- Measurement is critical to everything we do. You'll work with ABM leadership, marketing operations & analytics teams to ensure we have proper visibility on all ABM metrics.
Qualifications :
- You have 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in ABM or demand generation at a high growth technology company.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. There will always be many initiatives going on at once, many of which you'll be the driver of.
You'll work cross-functionally to make sure important projects are completed on time and accomplished at a high standard.
- You enjoy using your marketing experience and analytics skills to determine any absence of data.
- You excel in communicating across numerous teams and platforms.
