Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts.
Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
The Lead Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership.

Position Requirements :
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Good computer / technology skills needed
- Great Customer Service
- Punctual
- Professional verbal / written communication skills
- Must be comfortable with report writing
- Valid Driver’s license with clear driving record required
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
