The right candidate has a merchandising mind and is obsessed with menswear and understands retail and an omni-channel strategy.
Success will be measured by the ability to hit our growth and revenue targets while telling cohesive product stories and deepening brand affinity.
You’ve got 6+ years of great experience with an apparel brand under your belt, you’ve told stories, now you want to tell Buck’s.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute a full year marketing plan across all channels.
- Manage GTM calendar and hold stakeholder accountability.
- Drive strategy, budget and execution of brand marketing initiatives through any medium required, ensuring a singular brand message across all consumer touch points including web, paid media, product, packaging, retail, events, social, catalog, collaborations, etc.
- Work cross-functionally to develop merchandising strategy and product story narratives.
- Partner with the other leaders across the company to develop our forward-looking company strategy and building a culture of cohesion and accountability.
- Work closely with Design / Product team to influence merchandising roadmap with growth opportunities.
- Develop close working relationships with Founders to ensure alignment on a shared vision and roadmap for bringing it to life.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of marketing leadership experience.
- Experience managing a team of 5+ people.
- Experience growing a brand / company from a strong market presence and significant revenue.
- A strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks.
- A natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a fast-paced and highly-fluid environment.
- A creative eye and genuine curiosity for innovative opportunities to connect with our community.
- Holistic brand thinker who appreciates and invests in the entire process, from making a physical product to marketing to merchandising to driving loyalty.
