Schedule Information
- 36 hours for 3 12-hour shifts
- 48 hours for 4 12-hour shifts
- 40 hours for shifts less than 12 hours
- For candidates working 4x12s, OT is defined in excess of 48 hours in a workweek.
- 8 Rule : 40.00 hours per 1 week
- 10 Rule : 40.00 hours per 1 week
- Default Rule : 40.00 total hours in a 1 week : 1.50%
