Responsibilities :
Oversee the daily operations of our salon, ensuring it's spotless, safe, and radiantly welcoming. Manage and motivate a team of tanning consultants, providing guidance, training, and support to help them excel.
Hit sales targets and boost revenue with innovative marketing and promotional strategies. Champion top-notch customer service and ensure every client leaves with a smile.
Keep track of inventory, maintain equipment, and swiftly resolve any technical issues. Engage in local marketing efforts to expand your customer base and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Leadership / Management experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
