Service Technician

Maus Family Automotive is currently s eeking an experienced technician with strong diagnostic capabilities to join our team.
This technician must also be highly motivated, as we are a department that consistently maintains a high percentage of customer pay work.
Maus is a rapidly growing auto group in the Tampa Bay area of Florida with three Nissan stores and an Acura store. We offer full benefits, paid technician training with full factory support, catered Saturday lunches, free uniforms, and a family atmosphere.
Job Summary :
Services, troubleshoots, and repairs all vehicle makes and models
General Accountabilities :
- Performs multipoint inspection and repair automotive vehicles
- Performs routine vehicle maintenance
- Provide labor and time estimates for basic automotive repairs and maintenance
- Ensures that customer vehicles are returned to them in the same condition or better than when brought in
- Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs, and schools
- Providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications :
- Previous Technician experience required
- Nissan experience always a plus!
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Must have basic tools
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willing to submit to a pre- employment background check & drug screening
