Title : HHA (Home Health Aide) / CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Preceptor
Status : Full Time
Shift : 7 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm (3 days / week) OR 4 10-hour shifts / week Flexible Schedule!
On-Call every other weekend.

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?
As the HHA / CNA Preceptor , supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities :
- Mentor and train new HHA / CNA staff.
- Provide hands-on clinical support.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Participates, as assigned, in the on-call schedule rotations for Home Care as a HHA / PCA.
What do I need for this role with Redstone?
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one year of experience in hospice or home health care.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to teach and mentor others.
