Required Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Nursing APRN or FNP or Physician Assistant program
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in CT (or ability to obtain)
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC / AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
- Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start)
Connecticut Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $, to $, per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
