Fall Creek Valley Middle School is currently accepting applications for an outstanding Art teacher. Job Qualifications are as follows :
- Experience in teaching multiple art disciplines, such as drawing, painting, 2D art, etc
- Planning, organizing and implementing an appropriate, standards-based instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their creative and academic potentials
- Collaboration with other elective teachers to provide consistent educational experiences aligned with the state standards
- Establish and communicate cleasr objectives for all learning activities
- Establish and maintain a positive relationship with students, while monitoring and encouraging student progress
- Communicate with parents effectively so parents are well informed about the program, their student's success and upcoming events
- Use relevant technology to support instruction
- Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities
- Active participation in school meetings, parent meetings, case conferences and professional development
