Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide comprehensive support to patients and families with complex psychosocial needs.
This includes discharge planning, addressing abuse and neglect, substance use disorders, and end-of-life decisions. The role also involves conducting psychosocial assessments, coordinating with community agencies, and participating in inpatient psychiatric duties when required.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in social work
- Experience in individual and family assessment, crisis intervention, and discharge planning preferred
- State of Michigan Social Work License. LMSW expected within 5 years of employment
- Demonstrated knowledge of growth and development and dynamics of behavior for age-related groups
