This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to plan campaigns, manage social media channels, develop content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
- Campaign Development & Execution : Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital ads, to achieve company objectives.
- Market Research : Conduct research to identify new market trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Lead Generation : Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Brand Promotion : Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and align campaigns with brand guidelines.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize ROI.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
