Job Description
Create accurate detailed quotations for commercial and industrial HVAC and plumbing work in compliance with requirements and manage multiple projects to successful completions.
Project Management entails properly managing the project through collaborative interaction with all parties involved in the project;
from procuring the project to buyout, scheduling, defining and creating RFI’s and Change Orders, and oversite of our site personnel and subcontractors.
Wages and Benefits
Full Time Position
Up to $85,000 / year salary
Paid Medical and Dental Insurance (Company pay 99% of employee premium)

General Duties
- Utilize company estimating procedures and information
- Review bid documents and construction sites
- Make detailed material take-offs
- Accurately apply labor to the bid pricing
- Seek, review and manage vendor and subcontractor bid prices and scope
- Coordinate with other in-house people involved in the bid process
- Create bid quotation to conform with bid requirements
- Document bids, correspondence and project management including issue resolution
- Resolve pricing and installation issues with upstream and downstream entities
- Define, price and track project revisions
- Order equipment and materials
- Prepare Subcontract information and oversee their work and billing
- Distribute construction documents to installers
- Provide project input and goals to our installers
- Be observant and proactive to maintain uninterrupted schedules
- Cultivate relationships with Owners, Contractors, Vendors and Subcontractors
- Achieve timely and correct project installation
- Procure and monitor shipping schedules to facilitate the construction schedule
- Review project cost on a regular basis and determine reason(s) for deviation from estimate
- Flexibility to meet work requirements and deadlines
- Manage and encourage installer skill improvement and productivity and methods
- Promote worker safety
Requirements
- Have a thorough understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC and plumbing systems, installation and Codes
- Be upright in all dealings
- Self-motivate, diligent and proactive
- Dependable
- Organized and able to multitask
- Detailed
- Excellent communication skills
- Meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Valid driver’s license
- Comply with company drug program
- Minimum four years’ experience
Bonus
- Experience with Trimble estimating software
- Oklahoma Mechanical and / or Plumbing Contractor or Journeyman license
- Commercial and industrial HVAC and plumbing experience
