Salary range : $50-55k

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain schedules that ensure quality, consistent care for our clients.

Communicate with care professionals and families to keep everyone informed and supported.

Collaborate with the recruitment and client care teams to fill open shifts and plan ahead.

Track utilization, overtime, and scheduling trends to help the team work smarter.

Solve problems fast, with empathy and professionalism — no two days are ever the same!

What You’ll Bring

Strong organization and communication skills.

The ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.

Tech confidence (WellSky, Outlook, Slack, or similar systems).

Experience in scheduling, staffing, or healthcare coordination preferred — but we’ll train the right person!
