Store Manager Responsibilities :
- Leading and motivating a large team of associates to success
- Sales focused whilst engaging guests through exceptional customer service
- Leading well by example
- Driving company targets and KPIs including average basket value, units, and conversion
- Accountable for results, take pride and ownership of store standards and operations
- Budget and payroll management
- Coaching and development of all associates
- Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new associates
Store Manager Experience :
- Experience working at pace within a retail or hospitality background
- Energetic and upbeat personality
- Managing a large team and turnover
- Experienced in driving KPIs and store data
