Overview

Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team as our Employee Relations Investigator for KONE Americas in Lisle, IL?

As our Employee Relations Investigator, you will analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure that objectives are completed by working with customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and investigate employee incident reports and related materials to determine findings.
  • C Maintain confidentiality and integrity of the investigation process.
  • Collaborate with P&C, Legal, and management teams to address and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations and communicate findings clearly.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality and results.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, HR investigations, or a related role (including conducting interviews in a corporate / large organizational setting).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent investigative, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations.

    Benefits and Compensation

  • Annual base pay range : 90,300 – 124,190 USD.
  • Variable compensation : 10% target incentive based on company and individual goals.
