Provider Services Representative

A company is looking for a Provider Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions through various channels while ensuring a positive experience

Present and discuss products and services accurately to both internal and external customers

Maintain performance standards and complete ongoing training to enhance service quality

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree or relevant certification is a plus

Ability to mentor peers and foster an inclusive culture

Demonstrated competency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office

Recent telecommuting experience is a plus

Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus; a license to sell may be required for advanced positions
