POSITION OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to oversee our diverse portfolio of

wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion

for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Engineer, you will play a

crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, while

maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent

projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement,

and installation to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budget

constraints.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and stakeholders, providing

regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during project execution.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions

and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and

implementing corrective actions as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; PMP

certification preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the wastewater

treatment or related industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closeout, with

a focus on delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to e ectively communicate and

collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a

focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Solidworks

or equivalent tools.
