LHH is partnering with a firm in San Diego, CA to fill a litigation paralegal role. This would be administrative and billables.
3 days onsite 2 days remote then moves to 2 days onsite.
Responsibilities :
- State and federal court filing.
- Prepare and maintain privilege logs.
- Assist with drafting discovery, interrogatories, document requests, requests for admissions, subpoenas.
- Assist with drafting settlement agreements.
Experience :
- 3+ years experience as a paralegal in litigation.
- State and federal court filing experience.
- e-Discovery searched.
- TOA / TOC experience.
- Trial prep experience.
Role :
- Billable requirement is 480.
- 3 days onsite 2 days remote then moves to 2 days onsite in San Diego, CA.
- Paralegal certificate required.
- Bachelors degree.
