WE ARE HIRING FULL-TIME INBOUND AGENTS FOR OUR CALL CENTER AT OUR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS LOCATED IN SCHAUMBURG, IL.

Job Description :
The Call Center Inbound Agent ensures every patient calling in for a dental appointment is greeted, listened-to and scheduled in a compassionate, timely and professional manner.
This position is our first impression between the company and the patients.
Responsibilities / Job Duties :
- provide excellent customer service to all patients calling in
- Answering phone calls
- scheduling appointments based on needs of patients and availability of providers
- assist in answering general inquiries from patients
- Listen to patients while applying our processes and procedures
- Looking for solutions to our patients’ challenges
Qualifications / Skill Sets :
- Ability to be on time and your shift
- Strong Computer Skills Ability to maneuver within multiple computer systems at once
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- ability to problem solve
- Exceptional customer / patient service skills (Customer focused attitude)
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand information and effectively relay information back to the patient
- Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
- Ability to work in fast paced, patient-focused environment.
- Detail oriented
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to recognize and be sensitives to patients' emotions
- Prior Customer Service / Call Center experience is strongly preferred but not required

Availability Required :
Working hours : M - F : 9 : 30 AM 6 : 00 PM; Sat 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM
- Full time - 40 hours a week
- Saturdays are required for new hires
- 1 day off during the week
