We are a team inspired by a positive culture to build exceptional customer experiences.
Our Buffalo branch looking for a full-time Service Manager to oversee its equipment fleet.
The ideal Service Manager is motivated, professional and detail oriented. Responsibilities include :
- Scheduling periodic and annual preventive maintenance for all fleet equipment
- Effectively managing the time of shop mechanics and road technicians
- Providing technical advice and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
- Effectively managing the yard and customer repair drop-offs
- Maintaining a clean and safe shop
Prior experience managing a construction equipment or vehicle fleet is preferred.
