JOB DESCRIPTION : Our client, a large defense contractor, has an immediate opening for a Senior Advanced Software Engineer with an active DOD Secret to work from their Florham Park, NJ facility. As a software engineer for our client, youll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the development and delivery of a complex system critical to our customer mission.

• Embedded Software in a Linux environment
• Qt / C++ / UI expertise at mature production level
• Drivers and interfaces to COTS devices

QUALIFICATIONS : Requires a Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Masters degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

Clearance Requirements : Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
